How duinoCases Started

It all began when we went out looking for a durable enclosure for an Arduino project that we were working on.  We found lots of plastic enclosures, but nothing that could survive in the real world.  We came up with a design for our enclosure, and found a fabrication company that could build it.  When people saw our product at trade shows, they kept asking where we found the enclosure … and we realized there was a market.  duinoCases.com was born.

Steel Enclosures You Can Stand On

duinoCases are high quality powder-coated steel enclosures built by the same companies that create industrial and communications industry cabinets.  These enclosures are designed for commercial and enterprise applications, and are even being used in military applications.  You can stand on these enclosures.

All of our enclosures are MADE IN AMERICA and made from common 18 gauge cold rolled A366/1008 mild steel. The enclosures have precision cut openings for the microcontroller of your choice, and also slots and holes in the base for wall mounting and to accommodate our optional DIN Rail mount kit.

All duinoCases include the microcontroller mounting screws, enclosure screws, and stick-on rubber feet.

duinoCases are designed to contain the microcontroller and at least one full height shield.

We also provide full customization services and can customize the duinoCases for any application and with custom screening or artwork.
